From picking a time to taking your seat, in four steps.

STEP 1

Pick a time and party size

We monitor the official system for released seats. The calendar shows the times we can arrange right now, all in Japan time.

STEP 2

Enter guest details

Your name and phone number are registered on the reservation; your email is for confirmations.

STEP 3

Authorise payment

Your card is only authorised, not charged. We charge it once the reservation is registered in your name.

STEP 4

Get your confirmation

Most bookings are confirmed within 30 minutes — just show the confirmation email at the cafe. Not confirmed within 24 hours? The authorisation is cancelled automatically.

Why you can book with confidence

Booked in your name

The reservation is registered with your own name and phone number, so the confirmation and the official record are in your name.

Charged only when confirmed

Stripe only authorises your card at checkout. We take the payment once your reservation is registered. If we can't confirm it within 24 hours, the authorisation is cancelled automatically and you pay nothing.

Official confirmation copy

As soon as the official confirmation arrives, we forward it to you unchanged. You can also check your reservation ID on the official lookup page.
